New auction site targets traders

The Australian online auction market has expanded once more with the addition of ezebid (http://www.ezebid.com.au), a new 100 per cent Aussie auction and trading site.ezebid is targeting its at businesses seeking a low-cost e-commerce service to reach consumers. Businesses are given particular areas within auction categories, to set up trading stalls, while individuals can auction goods in the "Open Trading Areas" of the site, according to an ezebid statement.
The service will be expanded to include online payment facilities and shipping services, says the company.
