Free Yahoo! Pager now with audio chat

Internet portal Yahoo! has partnered with Mpath Interactive to add a new audio chat feature to its free instant messaging pager, Yahoo! Pager.
According to Yahoo! the new feature adds a "completely integrated real-time voice chat service". Users need a sound card, microphone and speakers to use the service, which is as simple to use as clicking the mouse button, says Yahoo!.
Mpath Interactive has supplied the technology, which is used on its Web site HearMe.com -- a host of free "live audio communities" (audio chat rooms).
The Yahoo! Pager download is available at Yahoo! Australia & NZ's Web site, http://www.yahoo.com.au.
