First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.
Flat screens get bigger

Sony is aiming for the television junkies market this Christmas with the launch of its 80cm FD Trinitron WEGA.
The flat television ramps up the viewing area from the 68cm model launched earlier this year, as well as including digital PIP. This allows the inset picture to be divided up into nine panels which is ideal to study Mark Taylor's cover drive or a close up of Leonardo Di Caprio.
Near-sighted, couch potatoes will have to be nice to their nearest and dearest, as the 80cm TV is priced at $4,299. Contact Sony for further information.
