Melbourne-based ISP Mondial Net has introduced prepaid Internet access into Adelaide, launching prepaid Internet cards for its service in 17 Tandy stores in metro-Adelaide.
Offering similar advantages to prepaid mobile phone cards, the Internet cards will provide an alternative payment option to consumers who don't want to use credit cards or people under 18 who can't use credit to pay for Internet access, said a Mondial Net spokesperson.
The cards are priced at $24.95 for 15 hours, $34.95 for 30 hours, and $49.95 for 50 hours. Up to five e-mail addresses are included in the package, says Mondial Net, plus a free help line is offered to card users.
