Canon releases new $199 Bubble Jet

Canon has announced the release of the BJC-2000SP, a new value/performance Bubble Jet printer, which it claims offer users high-speed monochrome printing, regular colour printing plus the option to add a Photo Cartridge for photographic reproduction.
The BJC-2000SP is priced at $199 and includes a "Super Economy" mode, allowing users to print up to 900 pages of black text with one BC-20 cartridge.
The printer can also be turned into a 360dpi sheetfed scanner with Canon's optional Scanner Cartridge IS-22.
