New travel booking site launched

A new Australian e-commerce Web site for consumers and vendors of travel products has been launched, offering a range of services including online booking and payment.
Products ranging from accommodation to tours are available at Travel.World.Net, which according to its developer World.Net, is a "global hosting service" for travel wholesalers, tour operators and retail agencies.
Travel vendors participating on the site are not exclusively Australian, World.Net says it has signed-up vendors from Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Hong Kong and Denmark.
