First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO), the Australian body which deals with customer complaints about ISPs, has released a brochure intended to advise Internet users on access problems.
Called "An Ombudsman for Internet Users", the free brochure provides advice for consumers on a range of problems faced in Internet access such as billing, contracts, faults, privacy and security issues.
The TIO calls itself "an office of last resort" for Internet users who cannot first resolve problems with their ISP directly.
Contact the TIO on 1800 062 058 or visit http://www.tio.com.au to obtain the brochure.
