What does it do? iLike lets users add music to their profile and find favourite concerts or events. It also enables musicians to create an artist page, upload their own music and events, send multimedia bulletins to fans with iCast, and get detailed stats on their own fans.
About the developer: iLike is a social music discovery service with over 10 million registered users. The iLike Sidebar recommends new music, creates automatic playlists, and connects people through music. iLike is privately funded by Ticketmaster (IAC), Khosla Ventures, Bob Pittman, and other private investors. Based in Seattle, the company also operates indie music community GarageBand.com.
