Smartphones Buying Guide

A smartphone is a hybrid device that has all the features of a mobile phone and most of the features of a PDA such as calendar, e-mail, Web browsing and office applications. Here's what to look for when buying one.

Mac OS X

Apple's iPhone runs a mobile version of its Mac OS X operating system. Among the most appealing features of this handset is the complete touch-screen interface, called Multi-Touch. In addition, the iPhone includes a mobile version of the Safari Web browser, which comes with Google and Yahoo! search capabilities built-in. E-mail on the iPhone supports most of the popular e-mail servers and providers including Microsoft Exchange, Yahoo! Mail, Google Gmail and AOL. A major advantage of the iPhone is the fact that it supports rich HTML e-mail, so images and photos appear alongside text.

Everything preschool

Hi guys. I like weights. You know where you stand with them. Well, sometimes you're lying under them, trying not to let them crush you, but you see, you KNOW they'd crush you if they could. There's honesty.
I am from Vanuatu and bad know English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "A preschool is a lively place that is painted with vibrant colors and the playground is filled with cute and varied play equipment."

Thanks for the help :(, Vanda.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
