Alleged eBay scammer granted bail
Accused was already out on bail at the time he was arrested.

Chun Fai Tsang, a man who has been alleged to have defrauded up to 90 victims via eBay, has been granted bail.

Tsang had been charged with two counts of obtaining benefit by deception, the Daily Telegraph revealed on Tuesday, although police told the court he was under investigation for many more crimes.

He was on bail for another offence at the time of his arrest.

Tsang was released on the condition he find someone to pay a $5000 deposit, and was ordered to relinquish his passport
