What is the company's biggest liability?

We've been very focused on improving our execution. You think about any company that is growing rapidly and adding lots of new employees and lots of new customers and bringing new products to market... our ability to really scale and continue to drive will depend on our ability to improve excellence and execution. We're making progress but I still think we have a lot of work to do in that area.

What about in the enterprise business in particular; what is the company doing well there, where could it improve, and do you have any particular plans or strategies to accelerate or fortify that business?

The fact that we're now in the Ethernet switch business is a big step forward. That is where there's a significant amount of spending, it is critical to the solution set. Having offerings in that segment now is very, very important. With this latest release of our SRX and what we've done about bringing a wider range of solutions together into a single box -- that also strengthens the product portfolio. So I feel like we're on a good path in the enterprise with our product portfolio. The opportunity we have is to do more to communicate our story and our value proposition to enterprise customers.

What about enterprise wireless, wireless LANs... Do you see that as a gap right now in that portfolio?

Certainly a lot of people have pointed out that if you look at the trends, enterprise customers more and more will be migrating to wireless and we have to be cognizant of that, and think about that in the overall product portfolio.
