Here's how to remove Anna

Infected users can remove the virus in two ways. You can download an "Anna Kournikova" software update from your antivirus vendor. Running this update will automatically remove the virus. If you do not have an antivirus solution you may wish to try one of the below listed sites for further information:

Or you can manually do it yourself. On your PC go to the Start button then Run and type Regedit. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Click on Software and then delete either OnTheFly or OnTheFly\mailed. This is the name of the virus file in your Windows Registry. The virus should now be removed.
