Internode number one for customer satisfaction: survey

Internode has the most satisfied customers of any ISP in Australia, according to a study released on 10 September by brand ratings company Canstar Blue.
The first Canstar Blue Broadband ADSL survey polled more than 2500 Australians across key demographics.
Dodo won the 'best pricing' category, while Perth-based broadband provider Westnet had the best track record with technical support and after-sale service, according to the survey's participants.
Canstar's head of research Steven Mickenbecker said that Internode "bowled over its competitors in virtually every category, coming out on top when it came to overall satisfaction, internet speed, reliability of service, billing and download quota value for money".

Blacklisted means a server (not internodes) has blocked internodes mail server - in this case 2 of them - there is nothing internode can do about this. Other ISP's have been effected by in the past , this happens when a user decides to use an account for purposes other than using the net (in this case spamming mail servers) - hence ruining it for nearly every customer - this can happen via viral emails containing viruses etc have a chain reaction.
I already contacted them and i understood, i understand this might be hard to understand for someone who is not technically savvy - being network ops myself previously for an ISP - when that stuff happens its not a very easy fix for the ISP other than contacting the appropriate agencies and getting it sorted.
The reason they cant give you a straight answer is because its likely changing everyday with different outcomes.

I have been increasingly disappointed with Internode as they have grown larger. Will be leaving them soon as it is very difficult to get straight answers from them. As I speak I am unable to send emails as Internode has been 'blacklisted' - whatever that means - they haven't explained it.
