Buffalo launches Android app for NAS access

WebAccess A app can access Buffalo NAS devices over 3G or Wi-Fi

Storage and networking vendor, Buffalo, has launched a free app for Android smartphones and tablets. The WebAccess A app offers access to Buffalo network-attached storage (NAS) devices using a 3G or Wi-Fi connection.

Buffalo also offers a version of the app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. According to Buffalo, WebAccess I — the app for iOS devices — has been downloaded more than 57,000 times in the last six months.

Buffalo WebAccess A can be downloaded from the Android Market.
