The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-G3 twin lens kit.

Panasonic has today announced pricing for its latest Micro Four Thirds cameras, the LUMIX DMC-G3 and the LUMIX DMC-GF3. Both cameras will be available in different lens kits, with pricing as follows:

LUMIX DMC-G3
Twin lens kit (with 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 and 45-200mm f/4-5.6 - $1399
Single lens kit (with 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6) - $1099
Body only - $899


LUMIX DMC-GF3
Twin lens kit (with 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 and 14mm f/2.5) - $1049
Single lens kit 1 (with 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6) - $899
Single lens kit 2 (with 14mm f/2.5) - $899


The G3 is the high-end model and features a 16-megapixel sensor, while the GF3 has a 12-megapixel sensor. Both cameras have the ability to capture Full HD video.

The G3 and the GF3 will be available to purchase from July.
