Sculpteo has announced and shown off its iPhone 5 case before Apple has even announced the latest generation smartphone.

The image above shows the iPhone 5 case in blue next to the older iPhone 4/4S case in red to show the size and layout difference. It confirms rumours that the iPhone 5 would be bigger because of a larger screen. See below for a full 3D render of the case alongside the previous generation.

But before you get too excited Sculpteo sent the following statement along with the announcement:

"Due to the fact that it will be possible to order the cases before the layout of the iPhone 5 is publicly released, each design will be instantly adapted according to the precise iPhone 5 layout." See also How to watch Apple's iPhone 5 launch live.

"If there is any radical changes in the shape customers will be informed immediately before their iPhone case is printed and delivered. Each customer is guaranteed to receive an iPhone 5 case which will fit their phone perfectly." Take a look at iPhone 5 release date, specs and rumour round-up too.

Keen Apple customers will be able to order their iPhone 5 case from this afternoon, European time before the launch event starts. Sculpteo has described it as the 'First Ever Customizable iPhone 5 case'.

"As part of the launch of 3DPCase by Sculpteo, we will be releasing the first customizable 3D printed iPhone 5 Case on 12 September before the official Apple announcement" said the firm.

The 3DPcase app will allow customers to create a customised app in preparation for the iPhone 5's imminent launch. See also: iPhone 5 launch: everything you need to know.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
