Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 coming to A/NZ on March 7

Latest instalment in ninja series expands player roster

Namco Bandai has set the A/NZ release of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 for March 7.

The game, which is a sequel to 2010’s Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, will be available in March 7 on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

As the previous games in the series, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is based on the Naruto: Shippuden anime series that began airing in English territories since 2009.

In addition to the ninja action and adventure that are hallmarks of the franchise, the third instalment in the Ultimate Ninja Storm series boasts over 80 playable characters, advanced online modes and enhanced fighting mechanics.

The story mode is based on the Fourth Great Ninja War that is covered in the anime, enabling players to relive key events from the story arc.

One-versus-many action stages will form the brunt of the adventure, as well as cinematic boss battles with villains and beasts found in the anime.

The game’s multiplayer mode will enable players to battle against the world in user created tournaments and friendly player matches.
