The journey for Mass Effect 3 has been rocky one, both in game and in real life.
While series protagonist Commander Shepherd faced the deadly Reapers in a fierce battle for the future of the universe, the game itself was marked with some controversies surrounding the ending.
While BioWare has been releasing new DLC since the game’s release last year in May, EA is rounding off its support for the game with the last batch of digital downloads.
The Mass Effect 3: Citadel single-player pack will be released on March 6 and will be the last DLC to come out to the game, at least from a single player perspective.
The pack will provide fans of the game with “one final, sentimental journey” with Commander Shepard and their squad, so anyone who is not satisfied with the game experience by this point will have to give up hope for any additional changes to the game’s controversial ending.
EA has disclosed a 1200 MS Points price for Mass Effect 3: Citadel.
In the lead-up to the single player DLC, Mass Effect 3: Reckoning DLC came out on February 27 as a free download.
The digital pack consists of new characters, weapons and upgrades for the game’s multiplayer mode.
