Samsung Galaxy S IV photos leaked

Photos of Samsung's Galaxy S IV smartphone have been leaked online days before its official launch.
We're just three days away from the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphone launch and images have leaked of the handset. A user of Chinese forum 52Samsung has posted the pictures of the Galaxy S IV.
The images show a smartphone which looks like a larger version of the Galaxy S III, similar to that of the Galaxy Note II. It has the distinct Samsung Galaxy look and has the same physical home button as precious generations.
However, the design looks quite different to previous leaks and reports which have suggested a much squarer design and smaller bezels above and below the screen. This black model in the photos appears to have a textured finish, but this could just be appearance only.

It's possible these photos are a hoax or is a prototype which Samsung has made for testing purposes so the final design could well look very different. The model number says GT-I9502 rather than the expected GT-I9500.
Translated, the users post says: "The machine model GT-I9502 Unicom customized version of the legendary S4" suggesting this is a test model for the Chinese mobile network.
Some shots of the menu system confirm that the Galaxy S4 is running on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. A number of previously rumoured specifications are also confirmed such as a 5in Full HD screen, a 1.8GHz processor, believed to be the Exynos 5 Octa and 2GB of RAM.
Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S4 this Thursday, 14 March, so be sure to join us for all the news, specs, price, images and release date.
