Final Fantasy X HD to come with Final Fantasy X-2

HD collection to consist of both Final Fantasy X games

Although the remastered version of Final Fantasy X has been confirmed for some time, Square Enix has made the surprise announcement that the sequel, Final Fantasy X-2, will also be included.

Both games will receive the HD makeover before being released for both PlayStation 3 and Vita.

“These games are classic fan-favorites, and we hope that new and old Final Fantasy fans can experience the world of Spira and the story of Tidus and Yuna in a brand-new light with these remastered editions,” Square Enix producer Yoshinori Kitase, said.

Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be released as a single disc bundle for PlayStation 3, while each of the two games will be made available individually for the PlayStation Vita.

No firm release date for the games has been announced, or whether they will appear on other consoles such as Xbox 360 at a later date.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
