Photos of alleged iPad 5 front panel with iPad mini-like design leaked online

The photographs show a glass panel that apparently belongs to a fifth-generation iPad

Photographs of what appears to be the front panel of Apple's upcoming fifth-generation iPad have surfaced online this week, with the purported leaked part shown in the photos hinting that the iPad 5 will have an iPad mini-like design.

French site Nowhereelse.fr published the photos on Wednesday, claiming that the images offer "the first concrete evidence that the production of the iPad 5 has actually begun."

The site says that the photos were sent in by a Chinese source, but also highlights that the shown part could belong to a knockoff of Apple's tablet.

If the leaked images prove to be legitimate, the iPad 5 will have design elements reminiscent of the iPad mini, such as thinner side bezels and slimmed down proportions.

While the new photographs are in-keeping with rumours that suggest the next-generation full-size iPad will resemble an over-grown iPad mini, reports this week claim that the iPad 5 has been delayed from its expected April unveiling, and won't enter production until July or August.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8730

A smarter way to print for busy small business owners, combining speedy printing with scanning and copying, making it easier to produce high quality documents and images at a touch of a button.

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.

Ultimately, I think the Windows 10 environment is excellent for me as it caters for so many different uses. The inclusion of the Xbox app is also great for when you need some downtime too!

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.
