Apple shows off the iPhone 5c's colourful polycarbonate body in new TV advert

Apple has released a new TV ad for the iPhone 5c, which highlights the use of polycarbonate material in the new iPhone, describing it as "Plastic Perfected."

None

The 30-second lets music and imagery do the talking, showing colourful liquid morphing into the various coloured models of the iPhone 5c while Sleigh Bells' "Rill Rill" plays in the background.

The new iPhone 5c is available in five colours: yellow, green, blue, pink and white. It's available to pre-order now, and will hit the shops on Friday, 20 September.

Apple design guru Jonathan Ive has called the iPhone 5c "unapologetically plastic."

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
