Leap into digital photography

FujiFilm’s A210 FinePix is aimed at first-timers making the leap to digital. Its design is deliberately simple, with large buttons and clear non-technical markings.

It offers a 3.2Mp resolution with a 3x zoom. The 1.5in TFT screen allows users to view photos in an instant — also, designed with the non-PC owner in mind, the device is supplied with a video-out socket to enable instant viewing of pictures on a TV screen. An optional PictureCradle allows those with a computer to upload and download images at the click of a button, eliminating the need for extra cables and ports. The A210 can record up to 10 frames of video footage per second, capturing a maximum of 60 seconds at high quality (320x240pixels).

The camera bundle includes AA batteries, an xD-Picture card, handstrap, video and USB cables. On the software front, users will receive Fuji’s FinePix Viewer 4.0 for image browsing and Image Mixer VCD for creating multimedia albums.
