Site unveils Hindi music downloads

Under the scheme, from the date of joining, a user can download up to a 100 songs in MP3 format monthly at a cost of $US10 per month, or $US80 for the whole year, the company said.
Venus' entire catalogue of largely Hindi film songs and Hindi pop songs will be available for download in MP3 format.
A user can opt for a monthly membership scheme costing $US20, quarterly ($US40), half yearly ($US60) or yearly service ($US80). There is also a one-time fee of $US20 to join. Depending on what deal a member takes, the cost of downloading a song could range from 8 cents to 10 cents per song, the company said.
