Using Pacific Internet's portal (Pacfusion.com) and IBM's Small Business Centre portal, the companies will offer hosting facilities to ASPs and e-commerce B2C solutions to businesses.
Additionally, Pacific Internet and IBM will work together to provide services including webcasting, classified advertisements and online chat rooms.
Under the deal, IBM's main role will be to provide hardware, software and services to Pacific Internet to the value of $10 million over the next 12 months.
Officials could not specify rollout dates for the offering, but said the solutions will first be offered in Singapore, before being rolled out to other Asian countries including Australia.
According to IBM officials, Pacific Internet and IBM have had a strong relationship for some time and will continue to expand their partnership.
Pacific Internet is headquartered in Singapore with offices in Thailand, India, Hong Kong, Australia and the Philippines.
