The 4500R is a two-processor, rack-mountable system with a thickness of only 5.25 inches. The 4500R, which starts at $US3700, offers front-access hot-swap and redundant power and cooling, as well as redundant front-access power supplies.
At 7 inches thick, the 6000R is a rack-mountable, four-processor system. The 6000R offers Chipkill correction technology, which protects the server from any single memory chip failure, and up to 16GB of memory.
Prices for the 6000R start at $US7000.
