    Dante's Inferno protest an EA-sponsored marketing stunt 05/06/2009 10:22:00

    A group of about a dozen members of a group that calls itself "Salvationists Against Virtual and Eternal Damnation" meandered around outside the LA Convention Center yesterday wielding signs protesting EA's upcoming game,Dante's Inferno. Proudly displaying posters with lines like "Hell is not a game," "My high score is in heaven," and "Just Say infer-NO!!!" the protesters were in fact giving out shabbily-made pamphlets leading to an equally-shabby website: http://wearesavedgroup.org.

    Final Fantasy XIV may come to the Xbox 360 as well 04/06/2009 08:19:00

    GamePro has just learned that Square Enix is still considering releasing Final Fantasy XIV Online on the Xbox 360 as well as the PC and PlayStation 3, contradicting what was announced at yesterday's Sony press conference, where the game was touted as a PS3 exclusive. Square is unwilling to give solid confirmation either way, likely in recognition of the Xbox 360's brand power here in the United States.
