    Grisoft Wednesday said it has changed the name of its parent company to AVG Technologies N.V. AVG is its brand of antivirus software, said to be used by 66 million people around the world. The U.S.-based company that's part of AVG will now be known as AVG Technologies USA, with the Cyprus and British companies also reflecting the AVG name change.
