Cyberoam NetGenie Home Wireless Router 07/02/2012 15:58:00

The NetGenie is a wonderful little router if you're after a model with excellent filtering capabilities. That's primarily what it has been designed for and it allows for a great deal of customisation to be made to its settings as far as blocking undesirable content is concerned. It also offers lots of flexibility when it comes to giving authorised users unfettered access, either via a password protected account or by whitelisting their devices.

    Belkin N600 DB N+ Router (F9K1102v1) 19/08/2011 12:35:00

It's a wireless router that offers simultaneous dual-band operation, good range and hard drive sharing features for a very reasonable price, but it does have some downsides. Mainly, it has a slow Web interface and its wireless transfer speeds didn't hit all the speed marks we were expecting. One thing we can say though, it was reliable.

The Fritz!Box 7390 ADSL2+ modem/router is a little more advanced than the Fritz!Box 7270 that we reviewed at the start of the year. It has internal Wi-Fi antennas and supports Gigabit Ethernet in addition to many other great features. It's one of the best all-in-one networking devices on the market, and possibly a perfect device for a networking enthusiast who wants to know every little intricate detail about their Internet connection and local network.
