How do I purchase inkjets for a MFC 210C printer?

Re: Buying inkjets

It is an inkjet. Do you want cartridges or a replacement print head. Print head replacement is not advised. Just replace the machine, old and not worth the trouble.

Brother inkjet cartridges

The Brother MFC-210C uses the LC-47 set of ink cartridges, so you'll need to purchase a three-pack of colour cartridges (LC-47C, LC-47Y and LC-47M) as well as an LC-47BK cartridge. If your printhead is faulty, however, it really isn't worth attempting to replace it, as Chris said. You're better offer purchasing a new $100-150 inkjet multifunction which will offer the same features and do a much better job.

Ink Cartridges

Just as an aside, if you are after Ink Cartridges, I have found Big W far cheaper than most other retail outlets, including OfficeWorks, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith etc.

Definitely worth a look if you are just after the cartridges, and they stock all the big brands including HP, Brother, Canon, Lexmark and Epson.

I remember when Laser

I remember when Laser printers were all the rage! Are those still selling nowadays? My old one broke, but it worked for yonks and I've already gone through three bubblejets since then!

Laser printers are still

Laser printers are still widely available and the price has dropped considerably compared to a few years ago. There is currently plenty of choice in the printer market.

I buy genuine (supposedly)

I buy genuine (supposedly) for my Epson on E-Bay. They come from Hong Kong at about half price.
