I am trying to network Xp pro and vista together. I have installed the lltd thing on xp. I got them working once, rebooted both of them and they stopped working, like they where disconnected.
Help me!

Re: Having Trouble

Ensure they are both in the same workgroup and the Vista network is set to private and file sharing is enabled and discovery is on. (Consult help for details if needed).

Re: Having Trouble

Hi,
You will need to either map the network drivers which you are trying to access, or re-esstablish the network drive/connection following reboot...
You can go through you network section, then click on "network" it should then after a few seconds find the other computer you are trying to access on your network... (assuming you have set them up on the same workgroup etc...
You should be able to open the other PC and view the drives you are after...
Make sure both PC's are on...
Hope this helps...
