Shockwave Version 11

I am using Windows XP Pro SP and regularly play Shockwave Daily Jigsaw. This morning when I logged on it prompted to download Shockwave Version 11. After the download completed and I selected 'English' I received the following error message "You do not have access to make the required system configuration modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account."
My PC is set up to always open as 'Administrator' and I have not have any problems running Shockwave 10 or installing new and other program updates.
Please advise how I can download Shockwave Version 11.
