XP Right Click Problem

I recently had several BSOD episodes with my Vostro desktop running XP SP3.A Dell site visit fixed these events, but somewhere along the way I now have a very aggravating right click problem with Windows Explorer and with Power Desk 7. Both file managers operate normally in all respects except that if I right click a file to examine the properties the file manager crashes.

I have dicovered that this is not an isolated incident, with others who are trying to solve this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Context menu problem

Hi David,

It's likely to be a problem with one of the sub-menu entries in the right-click menu. Have a look at this site for some troubleshooting tips:

Hope this helps.
