I have encountered a problem in that when an email is moved to a sub folder, and then later, I try to move it to another sub folder, I receive the message :
"Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied"
If I close Outlook & re-open it, I can then move the email - but, having moved it - if I then try to move the same email, the error message is repeated. (this is applicable to any email....not just 1 specific email.)
Having scoured the web, I have noted various instance that others have encountered the same problem.....however every "fix" I try does not solve the problem.
Initially I tried "Detect & Repair Office".......then looked for a file The pst file is ~ 1.1GB ; "deleted" items folder is emptied every day, retaining only the previous days "deleted emails".
The Add-ins shown are NOD32 Emon, Dymo LabelWriter, Echanfe extensions property page & Redemption Helper Outlook extension.
Comm Add-ins are BlueSoleil Outlook add-in & iTunes Outlook add-in.
Should anyone have run into this problem & knows a "fix" for it, I would be extremely grateful :->)
