I have a Dexxa 4 button joystick with 4 way point of view hat, the setup instructions say to register it as a 2 axis 4 button joystick.
I'm using it with Microsoft Flight Simulator 95 which is configured for an 8 way hat switch.
I can find no way to make the hat switch operate - can anyone out there help me!!

I had a lot of problems before with joysticks and I suggest the best way out of joystick problems and their incompatibility issues or incorrect functionality is to use (Microsoft) or (Logitech) joysticks because they seem to have the best functionality and compatibility. (Creative) may also be worth a look.
