Please tell me the relationship between the PCU rated speed at 2800Mhz and the actual CPU processing speed being only 1400Mhz. This is on a dual BIOS Gigabyte 7S748 motherboard. The Motherboard has markings on : K7 Triton-DDR400 memory-FSB 400. Thanks Glen
