My internet connection speed appears to "freeze" Trying to open a web page or on line gaming can be a royal pain, when nothing happens for 30 secs or so. Also, I get strange noises, which I presume are from my hard drive, they are like a squeal. Could the 2 problems be linked? I have updated IE to 6.1 using the cd. but cannot update outlook express as I am told that I need to update IE first? grrrr. I have checked and the upgrade is there.
Please help.
