My problem is given below: (Windows 2000 server sp4)

STOP: 0x0000005E (0xC0000005, 0x8046B462, 0x00000000, 0x0000003A)

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

ADDRESS 8046B462 base at 80400000, datestamp 3EE6C002 - NTOSKRNL.EXE

Any solution?
