As I'm sure anyone who has ever used a NAS (Network Attached Storage) device knows, they aren't always the friendlies of consumer gadgets. Though they are definitely getting better, I'm in contact with them alot and can't always work out what's easy to use for the average consumer, and what is beyond the reasonable reach of Joe the Plumber.
So I'm asking you guys, the PCW readers and forum users - what are your favourite NAS devices, why, and what makes some NAS devices so hard or so easy to use? Whatever your thoughts are on the NAS market, shoot them at me, and let me know what you think NAS makers need to do.
