I have been researching for a good quality printer to mainly print pictures and CD/DVD printing.
These days, multi-function printers seem to dominate. I don't need to fax, I already have a scanner.
Can somebody please recommend a good quality printer to me.

Canon pixima IP 4500
I have had this Canon Pixima for about 18 months. No problem with pictures at 8 x12 size or printing to printable CD/DVD's.
I see that the "next model" IP4600 is at MSY for $122. A good price! Still if you want to spend a whole lot more..go for it!! You will need a usb cable, it does (did) not come with one.
