HP CP1215 (7 posts)

Hi My friend has a new computer running windows 7, and her printer is a Hp CP1215, everything was working fine until the other day, now when she goes to print, every document is queued, i have uninstalled the printer and software for it, and done a fresh install with drivers and software from HP. and still have the same problem.

I assume you've already checked that the HP CP1215 printer is ready to print. Also double check the printer is on, connected properly, isn't jammed with paper, and has enough toner in it?

What happened between when the printer was printing and when it stopped. Was anything else installed?

Did your friend upgrade from Vista to Windows 7, or was it already installed?

Alan, I contacted HP on your behalf and they provided the details for the HP support line -- specifically for this printer (1300 721 147).

I have exactly the same problem, Uninstalled, reinstalled software from HP CD that came with it. Changed USB ports used. Changed USB cable. Nothing works. HELP?!?!?!?!
