I'm wondering if "Regcure" is a reliable system for scanning and cleaning up the registry file on my computer?

I had a problem with Outlook (still have) and purchased RegCure- It didn't fix the problem however, my problem is not necessarily in the Registry. When it didn't fix my problem, I asked and was given a very quick refund.
One thing that is possible with RegCure and some other registry cleaners is that you can configure them to set a Restore Point before you do any repairs/corrections to the registry and therefore you can go back if you want to.
Whether you need a Registry Cleaner?? Who knows?? They may have a valid purpose but whether they fix or create problems, I cannot say.
