Add tag to folder in Explorer (2 posts)

I have a lot of downloaded video tutorials which in separate folders, is there away that I can tag particular Folders in Explorer. I want to be able to see at a glance which ones I thought were Very good ,good or not so good, they often have similar names and subjects. I know how to do it to a single file.
