  1. I have Helpscreen set up at work and am going into a new job soon and am curious to know, is it possible to access my current Helpscreen account from the new-work computer (with the same password) or would I necessarily need to create a new/separate account?

    2. On my work computer, when someone posts an answer to a question which I have asked I get a e-mail notifying me that a response has been posted. A friend who is also using Helpscreen doesn’t get these auto-notification messages. How & where would he enable these auto-notification messages for his existing account (I’m stumped also)?

    If he has to create a new account how & where would he enable these auto-notification messages?

At the top of this screen is "Edit Profile" Here you can change your Email address. You can log in to your existing account from any PC, provided you can remember your details.
