How to Connect to MS Network via floppy disk (3 posts)

Is there any way of creating a DOS based boot disk that will allow me access to a Microsoft Network (i.e., Microsoft Network client)?

I wish to create a "GHOST" image of my laptop and store it on my main machine but I need to be able to access the laptop via MS networking in a DOS mode.

Please check out this web page. It explains both being a client or server in dos: http://www.helmig.com/j_helmig/dosclien.htm

Hope this helps.

I suppose you would need Norton Ghost Enterprise for that.
