Hello,
My Blackberry Curve has started acting up, and I would like some help to fix it. During incoming and outgoing calls, it clicks repeatedly at about 1 second intervals, making talking and hearing pretty much impossible. I've pulled out the battery and rebooted but that didn't help. It is no longer under warranty, so hopefully someone here might know a solution.
It's a Blackberry Curve 8310 if that helps.

I have the same problem. Initially it starts with the clicking and then it will almost buzz thoughout your calls. I changed the buzzer speaker on the unit 8320 and so far it is good for calls. However, there is still clicking on the hands free speaker phone during calls. You can try changing the buzzer speaker. It is located on the back and is visible when you take the back cover off.

Hey Arnold,
A couple things
Hey Arnold,
A couple things you can try:
Try plugging in your headset into the jack and unplugging it during a call. It could be sort-of stuck in a limbo position and this might just fix it.
You could also try reinstalling or upgrading your blackberry OS. See Blackberry support for help on doing that (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Device-Software/How-To-Reload-Your-Operating-System/m-p/228990)
If neither option works, it points to a hardware issue (like anonymous said in the previous post). So you could pay someone to fix it (which is probably not worth it for older technology), try fixing it yourself, or just get a newer phone. See if your service provider has some sort of upgrade policy or trade-in.
Cheers.
