Ok when I try to install it, it comes up with an error saying Mechwarrior 2 will not run on windows NT.
So I copy all my to the harddrive and run the exe file. Then it comes up with a window with mechwarrior 2 up the top and everything (the inside is black) for a few seconds and then exits.
I also tried this on XP Pro and it did the same thing even when I ran it in compatibility mode for win9x.
So if anyone can help me PLEASE DO!
P.S It says Pentium Processor Edition on the disc, and I'm running an AMD Athlon. I tried it on an MMX with XP pro as well; it did the same thing.

Hi Nathan
To run this and similar elderly games, the best bet is to set up your system to dual boot, that is to run both Win98 and XP / NT. Simplest is to start clean, split your drive into 2 partitions, instal 98 first, then XP / NT.
