I can't believe that I have spent so many hours trying to log into the bridge program on the Zone! They have introduced a new scheme of indentification, and I have carried out all the instructions very carefully, but it will not allow me to log on.
I keep getting the same page over and over again, explaining the new system, and asking me to sign on. Clicking on "sign on" brings up the same page again and again, still asking me to 'sign on'. I have even tried to enter another name and another password, but no luck. There are many people in the same position as me. Is there some genius out there who has the answer?
