trying to connect to the store and it gives the error code C00D11CD when signing in.

try IE and update

One reported fix for this problem is to set Internet Explorer as your default browser instead of others like Firefox.

If this doesn't work, then you can try updating your Zune firmware and Zune client software, and see if this fixes the problem.
