modem and wireless router communicating with wireless router (3 posts)

I am running Windows XP. I have had to move my PC from the spare room to an area where there is no phone socket, so if I want to connect to the internet I have to run a phone cable some 15-20 metres to a phone socket. I have a Netgear ADSL Wireless Modem and Router and a Belkin Wireless G Router. What I would like to do is have the Netgear at the phone socket and the Belkin at the PC and some how network the two so I can access the internet without the long phone cable. Is this possible if so how.

Hi there, Easies solution -

Hi there,

Easies solution - rather then trying to connect the two wireless routers together (Bridge) - simply go buy yourself a wireless adapter for 50$ and use just the one router/modem box.

This will be far easier and a better solution for a single PC system.

Hope this helps,

Thanks, I will do that and thanks for the links below.
